Conditions of sale: Absolutely No Refunds. All sales are final. All Special Orders require up to 6 weeks and 50% down of total sale in order for it to be ordered. Special orders will be stored for only 2 weeks after arrival. If you need your items stored for longer, please contact us at our store and let us know, storage fees may apply if stored for longer than 1 month. All merchandise must be paid in full before pick up or delivery. There is a ten day clearing period required for all personal checks. You, the customer, are responsible for transportation of any merchandise returned for exchange, or repairs. You may either return the merchandise yourself, or we may transport it back to our warehouse for you for an additional delivery charge. Returns may be made for instore credit only. Returns for instore credit will only be accepted if your merchandise does not fit upon delivery or it is damaged prior to the delivery workers leaving your house. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any special order returns. Please ensure your merchandise has been received in good condition before the delivery workers leave your house. Once the delivery workers leave your house, all sales are final. 7 days notice for layaway pickups. L&A Furniture will not responsible for any damages to flooring, carpet or wall. L&A Furniture will not be responsible for measurements. Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer, ask a sales associate for more information.
